Apple iPad
One of the most awaited products by Apple ‘the iPad tablet’ has finally released officially this week and it has showed up some really exciting features. The new device and earlier ones brought by the company are similar in many aspects like playing music, watching videos, surfing internet and sending emails etc but one major change which this iPad has brought is the iBookstore which allows users to purchase and download books to the device, thus it works exactly as an e-reader and this feature of the iPad is coming to be a challenge for the Amazon’s leading e-reader called Kindle.

Being an e-reader the iPad works in the same manner as that of Kindle and with that it also features some other exciting features like 9.7 inch color touch screen, Wi-Fi and the atmosphere similar to that of iPod or iPhone. The price of Kindle is though almost half the price of iPad but the small display and grey screen makes it less attractive from that of iPad. It is also expected by the experts that though iPad will get more popular than Kindle but it will never kill this device completely because the Kindle is cheaper and it also lets you read for a longer period of time without tiring yourself, so for those who just require a small e-reader and nothing more Kindle will always remain the first choice.
