Pioneer has just unveiled its latest hi-def home cinema system, the LX01BD that includes some nifty speakers and a nice Blu-ray player.
Unfortunately you will not be able to play BD-Live special features ,as this Blu-ray player is just Profile 1.1.
This player has 1080p resolution with HDMI Deep Colour support and two HDMI connections.
Its audio kit has an integrated 5.1 channel amplifier with two front/centre and two rear speakers and it also includes a subwoofer-receiver with dual-drive subs.

At last, Mitsubishi America is stocking shelves with its LaserVue L65-A90, which is a 65-inch rear projection set with DLP technology to provide you amazing color depth. DLP technology is not a new thing and usually found in projectors.
According to Mitsubishi claims the Laservue set will provide twice the color gamut of HDTV standard, while consuming just 135W that is third of the power a typical LCD can consume.
The A90 is 3D Ready (quite meaningless term) as Blu-ray and packaged media are not with any 3D standards, but most probably there can be some games that may make use of it in the coming days.
It has become Sony’s wont to always come with something new, (though there were some years in the doldrums, no doubt a nice come back as a major player of the industry.) now there is Bravia TV that seems it be the thinnest as well as lightest LCD set available in the market.
This 9.9 mm deep with just 12.2kg weight, the Bravia KDL-40ZXI will be available in Japan on 10th of November with a price tag of ¥490,000 ((£2,435).

Sanyo announces the release of its PLV-Z700, full HD projector. The PLV-Z700 has been especially designed for home use and you must keep in mind that it’s a right choice for outside use. The PLV-Z700 looks quite similar to Sanyo’s previous model, the PLV-Z2000.
Its specs have been slightly adjusted to make it more suitable of an entry-level market. The contrast ratio has been reduced to 10,000:1 as it was 15,000:1 in previous model.
